We ship worldwide from our U.S. fulfillment center located in Michigan.
All orders are automatically fulfilled once placed.

Express Shipping:
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

International Shipping
We offer international delivery to most countries.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
All Bibi Hanum pieces are handmade, and slight variations in color, pattern placement, or texture are expected. These are natural characteristics of the artisanal ikat process and not considered defects.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
✔ If the item was damaged during shipping
✔ If the wrong item or size was sent due to a fulfillment error

3. HANDMADE CHARACTER & SIZING POLICY
Every piece is crafted by artisans in Uzbekistan using traditional, centuries-old ikat techniques.
Handmade details may include:
• Slight variations in pattern placement
• Subtle differences in weave texture
• Minor changes in color tone
• Small measurement variations (1–3 cm)
These variations are a hallmark of authentic handmade textiles.

4. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Handwoven and hand-dyed with natural variations that make each piece unique.
Hand-wash gently in lukewarm water with mild shampoo.
Avoid detergents or bleach.
Do not wring or tumble dry; press lightly with a warm iron.
5. SALE ITEMS
All discounted or sale items are final sale.
No returns or exchanges.
