My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?


Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please email info@bibihanum.com


What is your return policy?


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, but we can exchange to a different product with the same price range,  and we cannot offer free shipping or free returns on international orders.


How do I make a return or exchange?


We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your online order, we will exchange  the unworn, unwashed merchandise with a valid invoice within 30 days of purchase. We will charge you for shipment of the exchanged merchandise.


When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?


"In Process" means we've received your order and are obtaining authorization. If you'd like to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately via email info@bibihanum.com.


How can I check the status of my order?


For express deliveries we e-mail you the tracking number of the courier that we use to ship the product. For standard delivery we cannot offer tracking information, as Uzbekistan Postal Service does not provide tracking numbers. The standard delivery usually takes about 2-4 weeks. Express delivery takes 3-5 business days.


How can I find out where my package is?


Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped. For all international orders we use leading  courier delivery services in order to offer you tracking options and guaranteed delivery.
