My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please call + 131-551-94400 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, but we can exchange to a different product with the same price range, and we cannot offer free shipping or free returns on international orders.
How do I make a return or exchange?
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your online order, we will exchange the unworn, unwashed merchandise with a valid invoice within 30 days of purchase. We will charge you for shipment of the exchanged merchandise.
When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?
"In Process" means we've received your order and are obtaining credit card/gift card authorization. If you'd like to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at + 131-551-94400 or email email@example.com.

How can I find out where my package is?
Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped. For all international orders we use leading courier delivery services in order to offer you tracking options and guaranteed delivery.
